Coming from a background in Retail, I am extremely service orientated. My main aim is to assist and guide you with your appointments according to your dental needs and provide a warm and welcome environment.
As Senior Receptionist, I ensure the smooth running of reception and maintain the high standards of customer care amongst my reception colleagues.
Currently I spend one day a week in the Dental Surgery working as a Dental Assistant which gives me a better understanding of the Dental environment and your needs.
